Absolutely.  Buying or selling a home is a complex process and there can be severe consequences for the buyer or seller if not done properly.   A buyer or seller is wise to have an attorney review and revise the purchase and sale contract to best protect their interests, advise on title issues, prepare and review the closing documents, and offer legal guidance on any number of the intricate issues that commonly arise during a transaction.
